Lingerie & Intimate Items

For hygiene reasons, panties, lingerie sets containing panties, bodysuits and other intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except where the item is faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item was supplied by Maison Amouré.

Sleepwear & Eligible Items

Eligible non-intimate items may be requested for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and returned in their original condition with all tags, hygiene seals and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, damage or alteration will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number together with clear photographs or videos of the item and packaging.

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where the return results from an error by Maison Amouré or a defective item.

Return Delivery

Customers are responsible for return delivery costs for eligible voluntary returns or exchanges. Where Maison Amouré supplied an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the reasonable return delivery cost.

Please contact us before returning any item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance and promotional items are final sale unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.
